    Steamatic Canada announces the opening of a first franchise in New Brunswick 

    Gatineau, April 16, 2025 – Steamatic Canada is proud to announce the opening of a new franchise in the Beresford region, near Bathurst, marking its first location in the province of New Brunswick. This expansion reflects Steamatic’s desire to strengthen its presence in Eastern Canada and offer its specialized disaster restoration services to a greater number of customers.

    At the helm of this new franchise is Mikaël Morrison, an entrepreneur in the disaster restoration field. In 2018, he took over the reins of the family business founded by his father, Robert Morrison, Ideal Reconstruction. Drawing on this experience, Mikaël now brings his expertise and commitment to efficient, high-quality service to the Steamatic banner.

    “Our primary goal is to offer efficient, quality service, to get policyholders back on their feet as quickly as possible,” says the new franchisee.

    Thanks to a team of proven professionals, advanced equipment and a customer-led approach, Steamatic Bathurst intends to meet the growing needs of the region’s individuals and businesses. Sustained growth is anticipated over the next few years, with expansion plans already in the pipeline to serve more of the region.
