We’ve all been there. So, Steamatic has compiled the ultimate cleaning checklist for the next time you are overwhelmed on cleaning day.

So, here is Steamatic’s ultimate cleaning checklist:

Common areas:

Dust all areas and surfaces (hanging pictures, lamps and light fixtures, baseboards, cobwebs,etc)
Vacuum or wipe furniture
Vacuum floors and/or mop and dry
Wipe window sills and clean glass
Dust or vacuum baseboards

Bedrooms:

Dust all areas and surfaces
Make beds and if required, change sheets and linens
Vacuum carpets and drapery
Empty waste baskets
Clean mirrors
Wipe baseboards

Kitchen:

Dust all areas
Empty trash
Wipe down countertops and wall backing behind counters
Clean windows and window sills
Wipe cabinet fronts
Wipe down appliances
Wipe down tables and chairs

Bathroom:

Dust all areas
Beat rugs
Change towels and cloths
Clean windows
Vacuum and/or mop floors
Clean light fixtures
Sink cleaned and disinfected
Toilet scrubbed and disinfected
Countertops wiped
Shine chrome fixtures
Shower/bathtub cleaned and disinfected

Make sure while following this list you bring a basket or carrying tool along with you to keep your necessary cleaning supplies right where you need them; you would be surprised how much less time and effort this can help you save.
