REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

(Territory: Ontario, Eastern and Western Regions)

Tasks:

The regional supervisor of operations provides overall guidance to franchise owners and other key employees with regards to KPI, compliance, best practices and overall operational strategies to improve franchise and Network performance

The main responsibilities are:

  • Assist in Developing new policies and strategies with the VP National Operations and other stakeholders 
  • Executing new policies and strategies and ensuring regional compliance (with the use of audits and performance review responsibilities)
  • Implementing/Reviewing Insurer protocol changes with franchises
  • Developing and assessing strategies and plans for success (either individually by franchise or nationally) with the VP National Operations
  • Assist with customer complaints and/or insurer escalations
  • Assist franchises with their specific needs/requests as needed. This may include involving another team member or possibly directing the request directly to another team member depending on the request at hand. IE, training support, sales/business development or marketing questions, outstanding payments, etc that may be under another department.
  • Travelling will be asked for franchisee visits

Requirements and profile

  • Must have Insurance restoration experience (as it relates to insurer protocols/guidelines and use of Xactanalysis and Core Logic)
  • Drivers licence mandatory
  • Microsoft Office competent, specifically Microsoft excel
  • Analytical
  • Multitasker
  • Proactive thinker
  • Good communicator and at ease providing guidance/instruction to franchise owners
  • Ability to focus with interruptions and needing to pivot to another task/topic
  • Ability to meet pre-set timelines
  • Must be a team player

Work conditions:

  • Full time position
  • Salary to be discussed depending on experience
  • Vehicle allowance or vehicle provided
  • Some travel may be required
