In an effort to accelerate and expand our growth across the country, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Dickson as Vice President of National Operations.

Kim has a strong background in the disaster recovery industry, having worked for almost 10 years at FirstOnSite, where she held several positions at FirstOnSite over the years, including District General Manager for Mississauga and Toronto East, and Director of Operations and Performance for Ontario.

In addition to her administrative experience, Kim also has experience in the field, having led her team to disaster sites in Windsor, Fort McMurray and Toronto.

With a wealth of accounting and team management expertise, Kim has served as a Senior Accountant with General Maintenance Contractors and Haven Support Services. She also holds a diploma in Business Administration and Accounting from the Ontario Business College and a Mortgage Broker’s License from REMIC.

Over the past year, Kim has demonstrated exemplary leadership in the National Operations Department. In addition to implementing a rigorous process, linking performance and respect for the vision of the Steamatic network, she mobilized for over 3 months in Montreal to collaborate closely with the reorganization of this corporate franchise and better understand the expectations of our insurance partners to incorporate them into the Steamatic compliance program.
